Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Website operator

This website is operated by ALMA DESFOLHADA, LDA, Avenida D. João II, 98 A, 1990-100 Lissabon, Portugal. Contact: support@aurelia-academy.com. References to Aurelia AI, Aurelia or we in these terms mean this operator in relation to this website. Aurelia Group is a brand designation and does not replace the named legal entity.

2. What this website provides

We provide information about Aurelia AI, the Aurelia AI Readiness Compass, IACOMO by Aurelia and related learning opportunities. Browsing does not create a paid subscription, purchase or IACOMO account.

The information supports learning and reflection. It is not legal, medical, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating information in your own circumstances and obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

3. Products and external services

Purchases of the Readiness Compass take place in the Aurelia Shop. The current product description, price, access arrangements, sales terms, cancellation information and mandatory consumer rights applicable at checkout govern that purchase. These website terms do not reduce those rights or substitute for the shop's sales terms.

IACOMO is accessed through a separate MVP application. Account registration, login, AI processing and use of its features are governed by the terms and privacy information shown in that application. Its availability and features may change during development. This website does not promise specific functionality, outcomes or response accuracy.

External links are provided for convenience. Review the terms and privacy information of a destination before using it.

4. Responsible use and AI limitations

Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, harvest personal data or submit misleading, unlawful or abusive material. Only submit your own email address, or one you are authorised to use, with valid consent.

The Compass supports personal reflection and development; it is not a certification, employment selection instrument or organisational compliance audit. IACOMO is intended to support thinking, not replace human judgement. AI outputs can be incomplete, biased or incorrect. Any illustrative conversation shown here is an example, not an actual response or guaranteed outcome.

5. Content and intellectual property

The website's branding, text, design and other materials are owned by or licensed to the operator unless identified otherwise. You may view the site and make reasonable personal, non-commercial copies with attribution. Other rights are reserved, subject to permissions and exceptions provided by law.

Do not imply endorsement by Aurelia or use our branding in a way that misleads others. Contact us to request permission for reuse beyond what the law allows.

6. Newsletter and communications

Newsletter signup is voluntary and requires your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your signup does not guarantee a particular publication schedule or access to paid products. The Privacy Policy explains how contact details and consent are handled.

7. Availability, accuracy and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and errors may occur. We may maintain, update or discontinue parts of the informational website. Nothing here guarantees uninterrupted availability or a particular business or learning outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general informational content or by services beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Applicable law and your rights

These website terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence where those protections apply. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. These terms do not require consumers to give up any mandatory right to bring proceedings in a court available to them.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for future use of the website. The date above identifies the version. Changes here do not retrospectively alter an existing product purchase. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
